We have a busy Photo, Video, Studio and Audio store in Ellerslie, and an online store. We work in a fun environment and have a small friendly and progressive team, selling contemporary and innovative products to the photography and videography market.

Our business has been going for 10 years and is growing. Some of our clients include Weta, TV1, TV2, TV3, NZ Police, etc and we are involved in creating product and instructional videos, and doing workshops.

As we are a fast-paced, growing business, we are needing versatile staff who will not only fulfil their assigned role(s) but who can also work in other areas of the business.

About the role

You will be responsible for dispatching stock to customers. Being the face of the business, you will be serving customers online, over the phone and instore, giving the best advice possible based on our vast product range. On the side, you will be creating product listings to sell on our website.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch stock to customers
• Make sure stockroom products are appropriately organized
• General Duties (e.g. Fixing products and dealing with customer)
• Managing incoming stock
• Launching product listings

Requirements

• Proficient at Photoshop
• Customer Service skills
• Good application skills
• Attention to detail
• Physically fit
• Mac Experience is a plus
• Good time management - orders have to be out at set times each day
• Team Player
• Flexible / Versatile / Multitasker
• Can work independently after training
• Photo / Video Experience a plus
• 100% clean criminal history (checks are carried out)
• Be a NZ Citizen / Resident

Training will be provided to the successful applicant. Rate will be commensurate to applicant's experience. Full time 40 hrs per week, you may be required to work Saturdays.
